In Tokyo Revengers episode 16, the story of the past six founders of Tokyo Manji or Touman is told . Just because they wanted to give a special birthday present to Mikey , Hanemiya Kazutora and Baji Keisuke were desperate to steal the CB250T motorbike, Mikey's dream motorbike . However, their crimes resulted in a terrible tragedy. Kazutora stabbed the shop owner named Sano Shinichirou , who ironically was Mikey's brother .
Tokyo Revengers episode 17 begins with Takemichi Hanagaki who finally finds out that Kazutora and Baji are the ones who caused the death of Mikey's brother , Shinichirou . Takemichi was taken aback, and he realized that it was very difficult to bring Baji back to Touman .
Then Hanma Shuji told Takemichi to tell Mikey that in a week there would be a decisive brawl between Valhalla and Touman at a car dump.
While Takemichi is at a loss for what to do, he meets Touman's first division vice-captain , Matsuno Chifuyu. He was the one Baji had beaten yesterday, as a form of denial and a condition for admission to Valhalla .
he next day, Takemichi meets with Chifuyu(Matsuno) , the Vice-Captain of the Touman First Division . Chifuyu(Matsuno) thinks that Baji is just pretending, and has a certain purpose to investigate Kisaki.
However, instead of explaining what plans will be made to bring Baji to Touman , Takemichi instead bravely states that he wants to be Touman's leader .
"Later I will make you acknowledge my determination," continued Takemichi in front of Mikey , Draken and Matsuno. Hearing this stupid remark, Draken chuckled and Mikey smiled.
Matsuno also invites Takemichi to work together to investigate Kisaki . Matsuno even promised to help him become the leader of Touman and asked Takemichi to help do what he wanted.

Takemichi accepted Matsuno's offer of cooperation. Not wanting to waste time, the two then investigated the relationship between Kisaki and Valhalla . The first step, they went to Osanai , the former chairman of Moebius .
Osanai recounts the beginning of his meeting with Kisaki . Osanai saw him as an innocent boy, even though Kisaki at that time had invited him to form an alliance so that Osanai could become the leader of Tokyo.
But the truth is, for Kisaki , Osanai is just a stepping stone. The brawl when the Draken is impaled is Kisaki's design . Starting from Kisaki who cornered Pachin in order to create an excuse to fight Touman , until finally dumping all the blame on Osanai .
After that Kisaki approached Mikey by saying he did not like the way Osanai . Kisaki tries to steal Mikey's attention with the bait that he can free Pachin. Even Kisaki intends to kill Draken in the previous brawl, so that he can occupy the number two throne in Touman !
Kisaki then discarded Osanai and turned to Hanma . With a slight tremor, Osanai mentioned Kisaki as a very dangerous person. Kisaki can kill other people without getting her own hands dirty!
Finally Matsuno realized who was the mastermind behind Valhalla . The leader of Valhalla that no one knows about is none other than Kisaki Tetta! Takemichi felt his brain stuck, too many questions popping into his head.
Then Takemichi decides to return to the present and meet Draken again. And Takemichi was again surprised by Draken's story . The decisive brawl between Touman and Valhalla was won by Valhalla .
For the first time Touman lost, then a new Tokyo Manji gang was created with Valhalla as its parent. Mikey remains the chairman, because according to Draken , Valhalla is a team created for Mikey's sake .
