At the beginning of the episode one piece 1014 again reviewing eps 1013 where the shadow of Ace who came to Wano Country met Yamato. Yamato told Momonozuke about their meeting and was waiting for Ace's presence, Straw Hat Luffy.
In a separate arena, Queen continues to mobilize his troops to repulse the samurai, while Chopper is trying hard to make an antidote from poisoned weapons.
In the midst of a fierce battle, Marco is here to help the samurai. Marco took Zoro flying to get out of the situation and caught up with Luffy.
Marco believed in Luffy and his friends to defeat Kaido, Marco even had tears in his eyes when he recalled the time with Ace and Whitebeard where Ace persuaded Whitebeard to be allowed to visit Wano Country and kill Kaido.
But unfortunately in the middle of the trip, Marco and Zoro were immediately blocked by Queen and King.
This episode ends with a conversation between Kaido and Big Mom, which features a big reveal related to their history with each other.
