The Tokyo Revengers episode 22 anime begins with a flashback scene when Mikey , Draken , Baji , Kazutora , Mitsuya and Pachin are still 12-13 years old. They gathered at a temple.This is where the Tokyo Manji aka Touman gang was formed . It started because Kazutora was fighting with the Black Dragon gang, then Baji suggested creating a gang as an excuse to fight the Black Dragon.
After agreeing to determine the name of the gang, they jointly buy an amulet.
